Chris Humphrey

Chris Humphrey is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Americas Talent Acquisition & Global Contingent Workforce at NXP Semiconductors since June 2016. In this role, Chris is responsible for transforming NXP's Global Contingent Workforce Program, which includes the implementation of the Beeline Vendor Management System and the development of global policies and training for managers and suppliers. Prior to NXP, Chris held the position of Program Director at Geometric Results, Inc. at Apple Inc., overseeing operations for a Managed Service Program with significant financial oversight. Additional experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Kforce Inc. and CORESTAFF Services, as well as a Performance Manager at Blackstone Technology Group. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
