Chua Hian Choon

Chua Hian Choon, MBA, MSBA, CERM, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, serves as the Vice President of Business Development at NXP Semiconductors since November 2024. Previously, Chua held the position of Vice President of Quality & Risk Management at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (SSMC) from April 2008 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading the company-wide Business Excellence Program, driving customer quality and reliability initiatives, and championing risk management, sustainability, and compliance programs. Chua is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore, holding a Master of Science in Business Analytics, and also possesses a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
