Helen Chen, MHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People & Culture Manager at NXP Semiconductors, focusing on driving innovation for a smarter, safer, and more sustainable world. Previously, Helen held various leadership roles at Flexera, including People & Culture Business Partner and Global People & Culture Operations Manager, where the mission was to enhance technology consumption management. Prior experience includes HR Manager positions at Spire Consulting Group, Predictive Science, Inc., and Identropy Inc., as well as roles in human resources at AMD, Vigil Games, and Pecan Street Insurance & Financial Services. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications and Business from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from St. Edward's University.
