Ko-Min Chang

Ko-Min Chang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Portfolio Development in Innovation Management/CTO at NXP Semiconductors since April 2014. In this role, Ko-Min Chang shapes technology roadmaps by leveraging cross-market synergies. Prior to this, Ko-Min Chang held the position of Senior Director in Frontend Innovation and Foundry Operations at NXP, influencing and aligning frontend technology portfolios for key internal businesses. Before joining NXP, Ko-Min Chang was General Manager at the HVP Innovation Center at Freescale Semiconductor, where the focus was on advancing eNVM technology for MCU applications. Ko-Min Chang's career at Freescale spans over two decades, managing the creation of digital, analog, and mixed-signal IPs, while also leading efforts in embedded NVM technology. Ko-Min Chang earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science from National ChiaoTung University.
