Konghoei Lim

KongHoei Lim is a seasoned professional in applications engineering with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently, KongHoei serves as the Director of Applications Engineering for SerDes Networking Solutions at NXP Semiconductors, a role held since November 2025. Prior to this, KongHoei was the Senior Director of Applications Engineering at Aviva Links until its acquisition by NXP Semiconductors.
