Melly Tillinghast

Melly Tillinghast serves as the Vice President of Corporate Services Procurement at NXP Semiconductors since January 2023. Prior to this role, Melly was the Head of Supply Chain and Procurement at TSMC, overseeing Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning while driving process improvements. Melly spent nearly a decade at onsemi as the Director of Global Indirect Procurement, managing a $0.5 billion portfolio across various categories. Earlier experience includes roles as Strategic Sourcing Manager at Arizona Public Service, Category Manager, and Supply Chain Manager at Great American Merchandise and Events. Melly began a career in management as a trainee at First American Title and held a strategic sourcing role at Qwest BRI, Inc. Melly holds both an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
