Ralf Kodritsch

Ralf Kodritsch is a seasoned thought leader with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Director and General Manager for RAIN RFID at NXP Semiconductors since March 2007. In this role, Ralf oversees revenue and product margin responsibilities, business planning, and the definition of segment strategy while fostering strategic alliances within the ecosystem. Prior to NXP, Ralf held various marketing positions, including Director of Marketing for RFID Tagging and Marketing Manager for RFID and Sensors & Automation at austriamicrosystems from 2001 to 2007. Ralf holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Technical University of Graz, Austria, and completed coursework at The Johns Hopkins University in 2000.
