Val Baguios III, M. Org Psych has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Val is currently serving as the Co-Founder of nXscale since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Coach & Leadership Development Consultant at Val Baguios Leadership Coaching and Development, starting in October 2018.

From January 2014 to October 2018, Val worked at Eudo Strengths-Based Consulting, Inc. as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Coaching and Development Consultant.

Val's earlier work experience includes roles at IOM, where they served as an IT Service Desk Shift Supervisor from April 2009 to April 2017. Before that, they worked as part of the IT Central Service Desk team from July 2007 to April 2009, and as an IT Local Service Desk employee from February 2006 to July 2007.

Val Baguios III, M. Org Psych has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2005, they attended the University of Saint La Salle, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Following this, in 2013, Val Baguios III completed a Certificate in Facilitating Adult Learning at Ateneo de Manila University- CORD.

Their educational journey continued from 2017 to 2022 at Ateneo de Manila University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Val Baguios III also possesses various additional certifications. In November 2015, they obtained the Strengths Coach certification from Gallup. Val then became an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation in December 2017. Most recently, in June 2022, Val Baguios III obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
