Joe Mojica has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joe most recently worked as a Product Head for NXT AIS, Inc. starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Consultant at SAS Management Incorporated starting in February 2019.
From September 2016 to January 2019, Joe served as the Managing Director at Aptus Global Solutions Inc., where they led and guided other leaders within the organization, achieved strategic goals and profitability requirements, established departments, created partnerships with clients, and implemented business plans and systems.
Before that, Joe was the Founder and Managing Director of A78 Solutions from April 2016 to January 2019. Joe also worked as the Vice President of Operations at Quinn Data Facilities, Inc. from April 2015 to April 2016, where they coordinated with other departments, implemented a Reports Specialist department, and built long-term partnerships with clients.
Earlier in their career, Joe served as a Service Delivery Manager at EGS - Expert Global Solutions from March 2012 to August 2013. Joe was also a Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, and Team Lead at NCO Group from 2005 to 2011.
Joe began their career at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. in 2001, where they held various roles including Helpdesk Team Lead/PKIM, Training Officer, Team Lead, L2 Technical Support Representative, and L1 Technical Support Representative.

Joe Mojica attended Far Eastern University from 1995 to 2001, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Service Desk Analyst and Certified Service Desk Manager from the Service Desk Institute in June 2019, as well as COBIT5 Foundation from PeopleCert in April 2019.
