Brian Schleich

Brian structures, underwrites, negotiates and manages investments for NXT Capital’s West Region of the Direct Lending Group.

Brian has over 15 years of leverage finance experience. Before joining NXT in 2010, Brian worked at both GE Antares Capital and Merrill Lynch Capital, where he executed and managed leveraged finance transactions for middle-market private equity sponsors. Brian’s middle market lending experience also includes working at Madison Capital, as well as Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services.

Brian earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
