Stephanie Carr

Stephanie Carr has a strong background in technical recruiting. Stephanie started their career as a Technical Recruiter Intern at Nxt Level in April 2020 and eventually worked their way up to become a Senior Technical Recruiter. In February 2023, Stephanie took on the role of Lead Technical Recruiter at Nxt Level. Stephanie then transitioned to the position of a Senior Legal Recruiter at Nxt Attorney in March 2023, where they specialize in sourcing and recruiting legal talent for prestigious law firms and providing assistance in finding in-house counsel for tech clients.

Stephanie Carr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Southern Oregon University.
