Shankar Balasubramanian

Shankar Balasubramanian, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is an accomplished Guidewire Consultant currently overseeing multiple IT projects at Western Reserve Group since September 2021, where successful implementations of commercial lines products into Guidewire's systems are managed within a $7 million budget. Previously, Shankar served as Sr IT Project Manager at Encova Insurance, leading an $8 million Guidewire core transformation project. With extensive experience at Cognizant, roles included Sr Delivery Manager responsible for multi-year programs, as well as managing high-performing teams for property and auto product systems integration. Shankar’s technical acumen is underscored by a postgraduate degree in Cloud Computing from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's in Computer Applications from Vellore Institute of Technology.
