Ian Blake has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Loan Originator at NXT Mortgage Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Cardinal Financial Company and USA Mortgage, where responsibilities included senior mortgage loan origination. Ian's career began in the financial sector with positions at LHM Financial and Bank of America, and also includes earlier experience as an Engineering and Facilities UA at Target Distribution, where Ian significantly improved inventory management. Ian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and studied at Navarro College prior to that.
