Karan has 22+ years of experience in the BPO / KPO industry with significant experience in Operations, Sales / Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management in segments related to Legal Process Outsourcing, Legal Content and Workflow Management, Intellectual Property, Life Sciences, Scientific Research, Tax Editorial, and Healthcare Transaction Processing.

Karan has managed global operations in the US, India, Mexico, and China. He has been responsible for managing customers and internal stakeholders globally. Karan has worked with Newgen Knowledgeworks, Exela Technologies / Lason Inc. / Vetri Systems, Thomson Reuters, and Mahindra Ford.

Karan has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Wayne State University, Detroit, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Instrumentation and Control) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Punjab.
