Terry Bura is an experienced and skilled Business Development Director, Writer, Proposal/Project Manager, and Senior Systems Analyst with over 25 years of experience in an Information Technology environment. Skilled in directing and managing major technical/SI projects (including software development, client-server applications, and assessments) and communications projects. Software/hardware Configuration Management experience in surveillance and command and control systems. Specific experience with new technology including air navigation, biometric and intrusion surveillance, and security, and detection systems. Software/hardware configuration management experience in surveillance and command and control systems.
