Alexander Xydas is a Co-Founder, Founding Partner, and Advisor with a background in business strategy, technology consulting, and entrepreneurship. Alexander is currently involved in various ventures such as NXTLVL, Paynest, and blueflite, focusing on preparing kids for the future, financial wellbeing for employees, and developing a logistics platform for aerial delivery. Xydas has also held positions at prestigious companies like McKinsey & Company, Google, and IBM. Alexander holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, as well as degrees in Engineering Design and Sports Technology from Loughborough University.
