Alexander is currently involved in various ventures such as NXTLVL, Paynest, and blueflite, focusing on preparing kids for the future, financial wellbeing for employees, and developing a logistics platform for aerial delivery. Xydas has also held positions at prestigious companies like McKinsey & Company, Google, and IBM. Alexander holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, as well as degrees in Engineering Design and Sports Technology from Loughborough University.
