Pat Notti

Pat Notti is the founder of NxtRnd, an advisory firm that helps founders and capital providers build better pitch decks and raise funds fast, and a Partner, Technology at Fort Capital Partners. They previously served as Chief Growth Officer at Block Renovation from 2022 to 2023, building a growth organization from 10 salespeople to 50+ across multiple pillars. At Getaround, they held multiple leadership roles, including Director of City Operations - North America (2018–2020), VP/GM, Marketplace & Operations (2019–2021), and General Manager—Boston along with Market Launch Manager responsibilities. Earlier in their career, they were General Manager - Boston for Breeze Labs, Inc. (2015–2016), growing the region to over $1.5M in annual revenue. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at The University of Connecticut School of Business.
