Vedavyas Narreddy is the founder of Y3 Leadership Hub since March 2024, focused on building a community for working and emerging professionals to nurture leadership through a unique blend of Bharatiya culture and NLP. In addition, Vedavyas has been associated with NxtWave since November 2020, serving as an affiliate to raise awareness about upskilling programs and helping youth secure employment. Previously, Vedavyas held roles at NxtWave as Corporate Relations Manager, facilitating internships for trained candidates, and as Community Manager, which began as an internship in Community Management. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Consultant for iB Hubs and NxtWave, where efforts were directed towards preparing India for Industry 4.0. Vedavyas Narreddy holds a BE + MSc in Civil Engineering and Economics from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, and completed an education program at Unlearn Product in 2024.
