Karsten Beckmann

Dr. Karsten Beckmann is a Staff Integration Engineer at NY CREATES, where they focus on advanced integration processes. Previously, they worked as a Process Integration Engineer at SUNY Polytechnic Institute and The Research Foundation for SUNY, guiding integration efforts of ReRAM devices into fabrication processes. Karsten received a Ph.D. in Nanoscale Engineering from the State University of New York at Albany and holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Technische Universität Darmstadt. Their early career includes experience in high-frequency PCB design at iC-Haus GmbH and as an electronic technician at RAG Anthrazit Ibbenbueren GmbH.
