Stephanie Popa

Stephanie Popa is an experienced associate designer currently employed at NYC Alliance, where responsibilities include assisting knitwear and cut and sew designers in the creation of seasonal trend boards, garment design, raw material sourcing, and tech pack development. Previous roles include design assistant at Samsara Sari, where tech pack creation and social media management were key duties, and graduate assistant in the Knit Lab at Drexel University, providing support for students using advanced knitting software and machines. Stephanie also has extensive retail experience, having worked as an assistant manager and sales associate at J.Crew and Michael Kors, as well as a beauty consultant at Kohl's. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Art with a concentration in Metals & Jewelry from Arcadia University.
