Dr. Ericka Boucard

Dr. Ericka Boucard serves as a Senior Clinical Business Analyst for Digital Health Transformation at NYC Health + Hospitals, having previously held the role of Epic Radiant Clinical Business Analyst II and worked as a Healthcare Professional. Dr. Boucard is also a member of the DHSU Health Informatics Program Advisory Board at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy. Formerly, Dr. Boucard held the position of Vice President at the School of Health Professions Student Council at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and was the Chief Administrative Officer at Brooklyn Free Clinic. Dr. Boucard's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Health Science in Telehealth from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science in Medical Informatics with Honors from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from Brooklyn College.
