Frank Rivera

Frank Rivera possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Director of EITS HR at NYC Health + Hospitals since January 2020. In this role, Frank collaborates with leaders across various departments to provide guidance on talent strategies and enhance employee engagement. Prior experience includes roles at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Gameloft, where Frank developed expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and full cycle recruitment.
