Jason Yarbrough

Jason Yarbrough, MSILR, CTAS, SHRL, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at NYC Health + Hospitals since November 2016. In this role, Jason plans and supervises recruitment and onboarding activities, engages in employee relations, and participates in talent development initiatives. Prior positions include Director of Recruitment and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where Jason directed recruitment strategies and oversaw teams of recruiters. Jason's earlier experience includes roles at FRONTEO USA, Bond Street Group, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and New York Blood Center, where Jason developed and implemented full cycle recruitment processes. Jason holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baruch College.
