Katerina Belkin

Katerina Belkin serves as the Director of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue Hospital Center, leading initiatives that enhance patient care and safety while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. With a comprehensive background in quality management, Katerina has also held roles such as Associate Director and Quality Manager, effectively implementing performance improvement projects across the organization. Katerina's expertise extends to contact tracing, research, and data management, with significant experience in community health initiatives and harm reduction training. Katerina holds a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Williams College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Binghamton University, having also completed coursework in Epidemiology at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
