LisaGail S. currently serves as the Associate Director of Care Experience and Employee Engagement at NYC Health + Hospitals, with previous experience as a Program Manager for Employee Engagement and Person-Centered Care. A member of the NJ Drama Therapy & Dance/Movement Therapy Licensure Task Force since April 2014, LisaGail has also held academic roles, including Adjunct Professor at Drew University from April 2022 to April 2023. Prior clinical experience includes positions as a Drama Therapist at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Interfaith Medical Center, and Creative Alternatives of New York, as well as a Drama Therapy Intern at Mount Sinai Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Drama Therapy from New York University and dual Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Theatre from Adelphi University.
