Rachel Leep

Rachel Leep serves as the Director of Value-Based Payment Strategy and Analytics at NYC Health + Hospitals since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Maimonides Medical Center from March 2016 to November 2021, including Director of Reporting and Evaluation and Senior Manager of Reporting and Evaluation, where responsibilities encompassed managing evaluations of population health initiatives and quality performance metrics. Previous experience includes coordinating national education programs on Tourette Syndrome at the Tourette Association of America, as well as internships at the New York City Department of Health and Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Rachel holds a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University.
