Rev. Jennifer Bailey

Rev. Jennifer "RevJen" Bailey is a seasoned professional in the field of spiritual and pastoral care, currently serving as the Director of Spiritual & Pastoral Care at NYC Health + Hospitals since July 2021, where responsibilities include delivering multifaith care services and supervising a team of chaplains. Prior experience includes roles such as Chaplain at Breaking Ground, Family Support Advocate at LiveOnNY, and Second Year Interfaith Seminary Dean at One Spirit Learning Alliance, demonstrating a commitment to bereavement support, spiritual care, and seminary education. RevJen has also contributed to therapeutic programming at the Center for Urban Community Services and served as Safe Housing Director at LifeWay Network, focusing on the needs of survivors of human trafficking. Education includes a Master's level graduate studies in Mental Health Counseling and Spiritual Integration from Fordham University and a BFA in Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
