Richard J. Freeman

Richard J. Freeman is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of the Office of Behavioral Health at NYC Health + Hospitals since September 2015. Previously, Richard held the position of Psychiatry Administrative Director at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center from October 2014 to September 2015 and served as Associate Executive Director at Metropolitan Hospital Center from July 2012 to October 2014. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Wesley College in Delaware, attending from 1981 to 1986, and completed high school at Wall High School between 1976 and 1981.
