Shamelle Watkins-Harcum has extensive experience in human resources and healthcare management, currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources Management and Employee Safety at NYC Health + Hospitals since September 2004. Prior roles at NYC Health + Hospitals include Director of Human Resources and Senior Associate Director for both Human Resources and Clinical Services and Operations. Prior to this, Shamelle worked as Assistant Director at HealthRight, Inc. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan and dual Master’s Degrees in Healthcare Management and Healthcare Financial Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
