Wei Chen

Wei Chen has extensive experience in the pharmacy field, currently serving as a CDTM Pharmacist and Clinical Staff Pharmacist at NYC Health + Hospitals since August 2013. Prior to this role, Wei Chen worked as a Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from February 2013 to February 2014, and at Community Pharmacy from September 2012 to January 2013. Wei Chen holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Long Island University, obtained between 2005 and 2012.
