Nicole Chin - Lyn

Nicole Chin-Lyn is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in managing public relations, marketing, and intergovernmental partnerships. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Communications and Intergovernmental Partnerships at NYC Kids RISE since January 2022, Nicole previously held leadership roles such as Director of Communications at NYC COVID Recovery and Director of Communications at the NYC Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs, where initiatives focused on economic recovery and support for immigrant communities. Nicole also demonstrated expertise as Vice President of Communications at REBNY and has held roles at Marino., Quinn PR, and NBC News. Nicole Chin-Lyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marist College and a certificate in Digital Media for Social Impact from the University of Pennsylvania.
