Karen Bhatia

Karen Bhatia is a board member at NYC Media Lab. Karen was previously an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. At Milbank, they represented clients in capital market transactions, including multimillion dollar bond offerings and billion dollar corporate restructurings. Karen also participated in diligence and relationship building for various Latin American deals, particularly involving Mexico and Brazil. Bhatia has a strong background in business law and has represented clients in commercial disputes, anti-trust litigations and SEC and DOJ investigations.
