Cynthia Solís

Cynthia Solís is a distinguished legal professional with extensive expertise in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law. Currently serving as Coordinadora del Comité de Propiedad Intelectual at Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de Mexico, A.C., and a member of the Consejo Consultivo at Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones, Cynthia also holds the position of Managing Partner and Founder Partner at Lex Informatica Internacional, a boutique law firm. In addition, Cynthia contributes as a Chercheur Associé at Centre d’Études et de Recherche en Droit de l’Immatériel and as a professor at Instituto Politécnico Nacional and Universidad Panamericana. With a rich educational background, including multiple degrees from esteemed institutions such as Paris-Sud University and Universidad Panamericana, Cynthia has accumulated over 40 years of experience in academia and practice, enhancing the fields of law and intellectual property through teaching and consultancy.
