Caitlyn Slovacek Yaeger

Caitlyn Slovacek Yaeger serves as the Head of KYC at NYDIG since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in know your customer (KYC) and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Caitlyn held the position of Global KYC Advisory Officer at Morgan Stanley from April 2019 to April 2022. Caitlyn's earlier career includes a significant tenure as a senior associate at Schulte Roth and Zabel LLP from January 2010 to January 2019, focusing on commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters related to financial crimes, including securities fraud and anti-money laundering. Caitlyn earned a JD from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Skidmore College.
