Harald Vaagaasar Nikolaisen

Harald Vaagaasar Nikolaisen is an experienced professional currently serving in multiple leadership roles, including Styremedlem at Grønn Byggallianse, Helse Sør-Øst RHF, and Skift - Næringslivets klimaledere since 2022. As Adm Dir at Statsbygg since 2013 and Styreleder at Nye Veier AS since 2015, Harald has demonstrated strong executive capabilities. Previous positions include EVP Director Infrastructure Construction at Jernbaneverket, Head of Project Control at Norsk Hydro, and Project Director for GSM-R and Heavy Investment projects at Jernbaneverket from 2003 to 2008. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an M.B.A. from BI Norwegian Business School, Harald is further enhancing leadership skills through advanced programs at INSEAD.
