Laura Pardo Botero

Laura Pardo Botero is a seasoned professional in the viticulture and winemaking industry, currently serving as Cellar Supervisor at Nyetimber since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Técnico de laboratorio at Tatton Brewery and Técnico at Forestry England and Comando G, focusing on quality control during fermentation and plant propagation. Extensive hands-on experience as a Cellar Hand has been gained at various wineries, including Winery Marlborough Vintners and Domaine Chandon, where responsibilities ranged from grape reception to fermentation monitoring and vinification processes. Laura holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering and a Master's in Enology, Viticulture, and Wine Economics from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complemented by additional qualifications in phytosanitary products and vineyard pruning techniques.
