Francis Kotarski

Francis Kotarski is a Senior Software Engineer at the New York Genome Center, where responsibilities include applying Python's scientific toolkit to enhance ETL and reporting functions and facilitating the integration of new sequencer hardware using event-driven and cloud-first methodologies. Prior experience includes working as a Developer at LMRKTS, where Francis designed an ETL pipeline that reduced support load and minimized manual intervention, and at SECOR Asset Management, where automation of processes improved maintenance of FX balances and enabled better data visualization for traders.
