Lena Fielding is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and patient services. Since January 2015, Lena has held multiple roles at the New York Genome Center, progressing from Executive Assistant to Clinical Operations Manager. Prior to this, Lena contributed to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center as a Session Assistant for Pediatrics and as a Client Services Representative, where responsibilities included coordinating patient care and improving clinic functionality. Earlier experience includes serving as Training Manager for the Office of Annual Giving at Rider University and completing a Finance Internship at St. Francis Medical Center. Lena holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management and Policy, with a specialization in Financial Management from New York University.
