Senior Bioinformatics Analyst, Clinical Bioinformatics at The New York Genome Center

Shruti Phadke is a seasoned bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in clinical and molecular diagnostics. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at the New York Genome Center since April 2021, Shruti has also held the position of Bioinformatics Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes a Bioinformatics Co-op at Fulcrum Therapeutics and a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at New York University, where support was provided to students in the "Principles of Biology I" course. Shruti's research background includes significant work as a Graduate Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, focusing on DNA repair mechanisms in Drosophila, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo, investigating the role of RAD51 in DNA repair and recombination.
