Robert Savill

Robert Savill is an experienced IT and service delivery professional with a strong background in stakeholder and vendor management. Currently serving as the Service Delivery and European IT Support Manager at NYK Group Europe Ltd since January 2018, Robert is responsible for defining service agreements for the European customer base and overseeing operational and financial reporting. Previously, Robert held the position of Head of UK Service Delivery at Goodman from 2008 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing IT service outsourcing. As IT Operations Manager at Arlington Securities Ltd from 1999 to 2007, Robert led infrastructure and operational IT services. Robert began a career in financial services as a Financial Adviser at Nationwide Building Society from 1997 to 1999. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Hull and an MCSE certification from Smartrack Solutions Ltd.
