Dola Samadder is a Creative Visual Designer and Retail Experience Strategist with over 15 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, having worked with prominent retail brands in India, including Reliance Retail, Shoppers Stop, and Future Group. Currently, they are spearheading Global Brands Visual Merchandising and Brand Management at Nykaa, where they translate global brand aesthetics into impactful retail experiences. Dola has previously set up the visual merchandising function for Tira as a founding team member and held various leadership roles across several major retail companies. With an MBA in Retail from IBS Pune, they blend marketing insight with creative visual storytelling while pursuing their passion for art through murals and paintings.
