Nilay Gupta

Nilay Gupta is a skilled product management professional with extensive experience in the e-commerce and analytics sector. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Product Manager at Nykaa since April 2018, Nilay has progressed through various roles including Principal Product Manager and Lead Product Manager. Prior to Nykaa, Nilay worked at Snapdeal from July 2015 to March 2018 as a Senior Product Analyst, where responsibilities included ownership of Search Discovery and the development of a product re-ranking algorithm that enhanced search result diversity. Earlier experience includes a role as a Summer Analyst at Axis Bank, focusing on corporate credit analysis, and as a Summer Analyst at SMC Group, where Nilay monitored global commodities and currency markets. Nilay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, completed in 2015.
