P Ganesh

Ganesh P has an extensive work experience spanning across various companies. Ganesh started their career as a Management Trainee at the Godrej Group in 1995 and held multiple roles within the organization, including General Manager of Finance. During this period, they worked with Godrej Consumer Products, Godrej Industries, and Godrej Agrovet. In 2005, Ganesh joined Keyline Brands Limited in London as the Head of Finance and Company Secretary. After three years, they returned to India and became the CFO and Company Secretary of Godrej Consumer Products, where they played a crucial role in the company's inorganic growth. In 2008, they moved to the Godrej Group's holding company, Godrej Industries, as the CFO and Company Secretary. In this role, they also led the finance center of excellence for the entire Godrej Group and oversaw the Group Investment Portfolio. Ganesh then served as the President and Global CFO at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where they managed various financial functions and assisted the CMD in strategic decisions. Afterward, they joined Pidilite Industries Limited as the Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for planning, controlling, compliance, internal audit, risk management, and investor relations. Currently, Ganesh holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Nykaa.
