Sujeet Jain

Sujeet Jain currently serves as the Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at Nykaa since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sujeet served as the Chief Legal Officer at UltraTech Cement from April 2019 to December 2022 and held the position of Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at Viacom 18 for over eleven years, from January 2008 to March 2019. Sujeet also worked as the Vice President of Legal & Corporate Affairs at People Group from January 2005 to December 2007 and as Sr. Manager - Legal & Company Secretary at Hutchison Telecom (now Vodafone India) from January 1998 to September 2003. The legal career began as an Associate Lawyer at Thakkar & Thakkar Advocates & Solicitors in 1997. Sujeet holds an LLB from Government Law College, a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, and a Cost & Management Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, all completed between 1993 and 2004.
