Jørgen Søgaard-Andersen

Jørgen Søgaard-Andersen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in investment management and risk assessment. Currently serving as the CEO of Sparinvest and Deputy Head of Nykredit Wealth Management since April 2016, this professional has also held the role of Group CEO at Sparinvest. Previous experience includes key positions at Nordea as Director of Trading Market Risk and at ATP Alpha Fondsmæglerselskab as Chief Risk Officer. Jørgen co-founded Baron & Filtenborg Capital Management and served as its Managing Director, in addition to a consultancy role at Andersen Consulting. Jørgen holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and has experience as a Visiting Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
