David Capen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and technology strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Nyla Technology Solutions. Previously, David held the position of Executive Director of Growth & Strategy at Applied Network Solutions, Inc. and served as Chief Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola University Maryland, where studies were completed from 1995 to 1999, following attendance at C.
