Martin McCoy is the product specialist at Nyle Maxwell GMC. Martin has over thirteen years of experience in business development and logistics, with a proven record of promotion throughout their career. Martin has initiated and maintained positive relationships with corporate level B2B clients, provided accurate and effective conflict resolution practices, creative problem solving, and friendly knowledgeable customer service to a wide-ranging international clientele. Martin has also attained security access portals for Halliburton (HSN), ZYGO, AMAT (XPC, SNG, X-Carrier, SCV, & SpaceX) and oversaw logistics for a growing corporation. In their previous role as business development and logistics supervisor, Martin directed opportunities to save their company money by communicating with logistic vendors, efficiently processed, tracked, and updated orders using Global Shop Solutions (ERP), accurately communicated feedback, changes, and issues both internally and externally, processed all 200mm and 300mm refurbishment ring procedure orders, and provided emphatic customer support while assisting in other areas as needed to improve efficiency and production and/or meet deadlines including shipping & receiving. Martin also assisted with client marketing efforts (email solicitations & promotional materials), provided friendly general office support in a fast-paced environment including general phone coverage, clerical duties, invoicing, and other duties as needed. Martin is known for maintaining high standards for both quality control and customer satisfaction, providing training and development of departmental staff as growth demanded, and identifying areas of improvement and financial opportunities which helped increase production and client satisfaction.

Martin McCoy's educational career began at Copperas Cove High School. Martin then attended Austin Community College, where they studied business administration and management. Finally, they attended Sam Houston State University, also studying business administration and management.
