Ryan Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ryan started their career as the Owner/Operator of Imagine Ice Cream, a business they successfully sold after five summers of operation. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Tutor at Alma College, where they provided academic assistance in subjects such as American Politics and Political Theory. In 2013, Ryan served as a Victim Advocate at the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office, offering support to victims of domestic violence. Ryan then joined the Thomas M. Cooley Law School as a Teaching Assistant, where they assisted students and conducted research on ethical issues. In 2014, they worked as a Student Attorney at the Sixty Plus Elder Law Clinic, providing legal services and advocating for clients in estate planning cases.
