Muhammad Zohaib also wrote detailed specifications, test plans, and system roadmap artifacts. Additionally, they provided support to users through documentation and contributed to user acceptance testing.

Before that, Muhammad worked at TPS Worldwide from January 2011 to August 2017. Muhammad Zohaib held various roles such as Systems Engineer, Sr. Systems Engineer, and Asst. Manager in the Professional Services Department. In these roles, they designed disaster recovery and high availability environments, managed client relationships, and developed technical and operational manuals.
