Mike Strzepa

Director, Commercial Cell Products at Nyobolt

Mike Strzepa has over 35 years of experience in the engineering field. Mike began their career in 1985 as a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1994, they moved to Quantum as a Principal Mechanical Engineer and Manager. In 2001, they joined Maxtor in a similar role. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Principal and Project Lead Mechanical Engineer at Seagate Technology LLC. During this time, they also served as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Consultant with Western Digital Corporation. In 2010, Mike joined A123 Systems as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Validation Manager, eventually becoming Chief Development Engineer. In 2021, they became the GM/Principal Engineer for Cell and EV Systems Testing at Element Materials Technology. Most recently, in 2023, Mike was appointed Director of Commercial Cell Products at Nyobolt.

Mike Strzepa obtained their BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 1981 and 1985. Mike then went on to pursue an MSME from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1991 and 1993, with a focus on Dynamics and Advanced FEA.
